Freilandversuch - Trachycarpus fortunei

Aufgrund überschüssiger Samen wurde ein Freilandversuch gestartet.
15 Sämlinge wurden ausgesetzt um zu wirklich harten Trachy´s heran zu wachsen. :lol:
Sie sollen auch im Winter nicht geschützt werden sondern einfach nach dem Motto "Nur die Harten kommen in den Garten" wachsen.
Es soll sozusagen ne kleine Doku von Beginn an werden. Ich werde regelmäßig darüber berichten.

Ich hoffe doch stark, dass mehr als 1 Sämling den Winter überlebt. Immerhin wohne ich ja im Weinbaugebiet, Zone 8a und wenn sie das nicht schaffen dann hab ich wohl das falsche Motto gewählt :mrgreen:

Ich dachte nur, weil sie ja wahrscheinlich sehr schnell, sehr tief wurzeln werden. Da wird dann ein vereinzeln schwierig, es sei denn, du willst ausgerechnet den Überlebenden die Wurzeln kappen... :shocked:
